On-street Compliance Permits

To apply for a new permit select an option below.
To renew a permit or vouchers, use the renewal notice sent to you.
To change the registration on your existing permit, please follow directions based on your permit type.

	Carlton, Parkville Gardens, North and West Melbourne - Residential	Single or dual vehicle registration permits.
	Residential - Concession	Single or dual vehicle registration permits. * Eligible concession card required.
	Residential - Visitor vouchers	One booklet of 18 visitor vouchers.
	Residential - Visitor vouchers - Concession	One booklet of 18 visitor vouchers. * Eligible concession card required.
	East Melbourne, Kensington, Parkville, Southbank, South Yarra - Residential	Single or dual vehicle registration permits.
	Residential - Concession	Single or dual vehicle registration permits. * Eligible concession card required.
	Residential - Multi use (East Melbourne, Kensington, Parkville, Southbank and South Yarra)	Transferable from vehicle to vehicle.
	Residential - Multi use - Concession (East Melbourne, Kensington, Parkville, Southbank and South Yarra)	Transferable from vehicle to vehicle. * Eligible concession card required.
	Medical practitioners	For use at applicable hospitals in the City of Melbourne.
	City access permit - for people with disabilities	Single or dual vehicle registration permits. * Valid Parking permit for people with disabilities required.
